Job Description
· Advise & Monitor the Schedule preparation for all the projects
· Review, Monitor & Analyze the project progress and KPI on weekly basis.
· Highlights area of concerns to Management
· Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines and deliverables
· Develop contingency plans and work with the project team to mitigate risks
· Planning & monitoring the yard overall space planning
· Planning & monitoring the yard overall manpower plan and recruitment.
· Coordinate with different departments, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, and quality control, to ensure seamless workflow.
· Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analyzed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective action is monitored.
· Mentoring & development of planning personnel, as required, raising their competence, awareness, knowledge and techniques required in the execution
· Preparing preliminary tender schedule and necessary planning documents for project bid.
· Participate in project review meetings to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects
· Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in project planning and execution
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
· Substantial experience in project planning, scheduling, and management, typically ranging from 10 to 15 years as a managerial role, demonstrating leadership and decision-making skills in Marine or Oil & Gas Industry
· Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, resource allocation and progress tracking
· Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
· Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and leading a team of planning professionals
· The ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
· Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements, identify potential issues, and develop solutions
