Job Description
Job Title: Policy Development Specialist - Data Sharing Guidebook
Job Location: Biopolis, Singapore
Job Type: Contract - 12 Months
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join one of Singapore’s National Platforms on a contract basis. The primary responsibility will be to develop a comprehensive Data Sharing Guidebook.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop a detailed Data Sharing Guidebook based on government agency's policies, practices and regulations.
• Interpret and integrate policies and guidelines into the guidebook.
• Work collaboratively with Data Protection Officers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Engage with policy makers to gather insights and ensure alignment with National Standards.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of the guidebook.
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive content that is accessible to various stakeholders.
• Ensure the guidebook meets all regulatory and institutional requirements.
• Present drafts for review and incorporate feedback from key stakeholders.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare/Data Management
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of policy frameworks, particularly in healthcare and research sectors.
• Familiarity with data protection and data sharing protocols.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies to practical guidelines.
• Experience working with research initiatives and multi-party agreements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare institutions, and research bodies.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in public policy, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s healthcare and research landscape.
