Job Description
• Sorting of customer cheques on a daily basis.
• Scanning cheque images and customer’s remittance advices.
• Go to the bank to bank in cheques on daily basis.
• Input cheque particulars into excel worksheet to upload into system for record purpose.
• Sort out returned cheques.
• Other ad-hoc administrative work to be assigned.
Job Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels Qualification.
• 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial or office working experience.
• Data Entry Experience is an advantage.
• Proficient Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of general office equipment.
• High Degree of Attention to Detail.
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work well with deadlines.

• Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,300 per Month
• Contract Period: 1 Year
• Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
