Job Description
• Assist to oversee the department’s assets, accesses and new joiners (onboarding and offboarding logistics and documentation)
• Monthly review of department’s mobile billing report and action on any transfer or termination of lines via procurement system.
• Holds the workplace champion title as the point of contact and oversees the department floor plan, door accesses, equipment or lockers maintenance, space issues etc.
• Work with comms department on content creation and broadcast internal/external communications using Politemail or GPS functional mailbox on platforms such as intranet, public web (Supplier portal), etc.
• Requisitions of department’s office supplies, floral or hampers gifts, etc. and monitoring of paper usage
• Updating the organization chart and distribution lists across core markets.
• Assist in the logistics area for GPS events.
• Provide support in department monthly financials reporting
Job Requirements
• Degree holder within minimum 1-3 years’ working experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Good numeric and analysis skills
• Creative and good problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Singaporean only
