Job Description
• Manage MOE Kindergarten outstanding fees matters e.g. contact parents via email/call, generate reminder letters etc.
• Collate and inform school service providers of the weekly school activities schedule and daily after school schedule.
• Assist with payment matters e.g. obtain supporting documents.
• Take care of unwell / injured students and supervision of ART testing, when required.
• Customer service – manage reception counter, incoming calls / walk-in customers.
• Any other admin duties as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.

• Min. GCE ‘N’ Level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have past similar experience as an admin support staff in a MOE school, preferably in a primary school
Additional info
• Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 8.45am to 5.45pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Tuesdays: 7am to 4pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Fridays: 7am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• Contract Period: 01 July 2023 to 31 December 2023 (6 months)
