Job Title: Assistant Director, Integrated Marketing

Job Location: Paya Lebar

Job Type: 2 year Contract

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build a cohesive and effective team that can collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing messages and implement marketing campaigns (above-the-line, below-the-line, social media and events) for key initiatives and programmes. These include:
  • Plan effective marketing strategies for key target audiences - Manage integrated marketing campaigns from conceptualisation to implementation, which includes planning, monitoring of campaign effectiveness and analysing of surveys to improve outcome and identify opportunities
  • Plan, allocate and manage resources required for campaign/project execution, including procurement of required supporting services
  • Manage appointed vendors, such as creative and media agencies, for timely delivery and effective results
  • Participate in behavioural insights projects to determine motivations and barriers of target segments for better marketing and engagement outcomes
  • Work closely with other departments within the division to ensure synergy and foster camaraderie
  • Lead/participate in inter-team taskforce projects when required

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications or related discipline Assistant: At least 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing and communications
  • Experience in end-to-end conceptualising, executing and tracking pf publicity campaigns
  • Strong understanding of various marketing trends, platforms/channels and tactics
  • Knowledge of website and social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Excellent project management and budget planning skills
  • Strategic, innovative and proactive in delivering outcomes required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in managing a team will be an advantage
