Job Description
• Talent sourcing
• Design and execute branding campaigns
• Conduct job interviews
• Facilitate secondments to Social Service Agencies (SSAs)
• Relationship building with stakeholders
• Organise engagement events with stakeholders
• Update communication materials on all digital platforms
• Manage HR ops (e.g. budget, claims, leave and secondment fee)
• Coordinate meetings and support in any other administrative matters
• Effective execution of any other duties, as assigned
Job Requirements
 Degree in Business
 At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR Functions
 Strong in project management and stakeholder engagement
 Software Knowledge of MS Office
 Good team player and clear in communication skills
