Job Description
• Provides operational support to People Business Partners in managing the day-to-day HR operations for their business units.
• This pertains to managing employee life-cycle changes such as job changes, organisational structure and reporting lines, but also importantly involves supporting the BPs in delivering strategic initiatives and programs for their business units.
• Manage staff probations, system updates of relevant probation period and performing activities based on manager decision (e.g. extension of probation, emplacement, confirmation) such as letter issuance, system updates and notifications. Track and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Manage staff contracts, system updates of relevant contract periods and performing activities based on manager decision (e.g. contract extention, termination, conversion.
• Administering all in-service job changes including but not limited to staff transfers, conversions, changes to work arrangements (e.g. part-time/no-pay leave), compensation/ benefit changes, reemployment, job role creation and updates, etc.,
• Manage the site deployment process, coordination with the site, issuance of deployment notices and system updates.
• Creation/ termination of contingent worker record in Workday where required.
• Manage staff termination process for all voluntary/involuntary terminations. Review leave balances, service periods/bonds, system updates, generating certificates of service, notifications to payroll, etc.,
• Manage the organisation setup in the HR systems, maintenance of the supervisory organisation structure and ensuring accurate reporting relationships.
• Manage positions in Workday including creation of posts, updating post information, etc.,
• Manage time-off process on behalf of staff where required
• Manage LOA process including staff NPL, return from NPL procedures, and assist BPs in exploring internal opportunities or facilitating exit/offboarding process, adjustment of leave balances, overriding entitlements for unrecorded leave.
• Handles the Performance Review, Promotion Exercise, Compensation Review, Payment for Compensation Procurement, Salary Cohort Data, Reference Checks, Manpower Exercise and System Security Access

Job Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline
• 5 years of experience in HR or related
• Experience in the BPO functions assigned or as a HR Generalist.
• Good knowledge of employment laws
• Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools (Note: Excel skills such as vlookup and pivot tables are important)
• Experience with Workday or other leading HR Systems preferably
