Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Job Location: Changi South St
Job Type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Job Responsibilities
• To handle operation calls and answering to customers’ request
• To perform daily paperwork, invoices, raise service and repair job into system
• To stand in as a Customer Service Advisor when required.
• To stand in Accident Reporting Centre reporting
• To collect cash from Customer Service Advisor and submit to Corporate Office.

• Minimum NTC 3 IN Automotive Technology
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• At least 2 -3 years of experience in customer service related activities or relevant skills in automotive repairs industries.
