General Registry Officer (Admin) (S$13.50 per hour)

• Support Registry operations to process requests for file / folder creations, file retrieval and collection etc.;
• Verify monthly mailroom and digitisation invoices;
• Support Registry staff to tabulate email filing and e-Registry monthly statistics, and prepare reports; and
• Support Registry in managing of daily incoming snail mails
• Support digitization project team to schedule files for digitisation, review files for exception scanning and to perform quality check on scanned images for acceptance.
• Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm. 1hr lunch break.
• Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm. 1hr lunch break.
• Clarke Quay area.
• Salary: S$13.50 per hour
• Contract Period: 3 months contract (with option to extend upon confirmation by the client)
• This is outsource role
• Familiar with managing of Registry files and able to work independently
