Job Responsibilities
• To support and administer Benefits-related matters for all staff (eg. Creation/computation of leave quota, insurance/Grab enrolment/cancellation, etc.)
• Manage and process Benefits-related matters (eg. Newborn gift, NS recovery, etc.) and Non Pay Leave applications
• Generate and provide monthly reports/stats to Payroll for processing of payments and/or recovery
• Manage and prepare HR certification letters for staff
• Input and maintain data in HR system
• To provide secondary cover to the team

• Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
• Meticulous to have HR related experience
• Team player and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• with 1 to 2 years of accounting experience
• Singaporeans only
• Contract for 12 months

Working Days/Hours: Mon - Thu: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Fri: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Location: Near One-North MRT station
