Job Description
• Acknowledge donors’ generosity and regularly inform them of how the funds are used and the outcomes that were attained.
• Update corporate slides and collaterals.
• Produce & upkeep content for ASH’s social media platforms. (eg. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc)
• To ensure that external visitors of the organization are managed and handled with professionalism and hospitality.
• Assist and participate in internal events and activities, where required.
• Assists in planning of internal events for staff, where required.
• Assists in planning of fundraising events.
• Assists in managing day-to-day website and donation enquiries.
• Assists in any administrative duties as assigned by Head, Corporate & Community Affairs.
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Min ‘O’ level, ‘A’ level or Diploma holders
• Prior experience in the healthcare and/or Eldercare sector an advantage.
• Preferably with designing, copywriting and events management background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Process with good writing skills.
• Knowledgeable of current trends in digital media/social media

Additional info:
• Contract Period: 6 months contract (renewable)
• Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm, No work on Public Holidays
