• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires via myHR.
• Assist in verifying and updating off boarding data for Resignees via myHR.
• Consolidate the mass upload template for mass updating New Hires & Resignees records
• Ensure related documentations (after processing) are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
• Any other related ad hoc duties
• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• Entry level are welcomed to apply
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in processing of HR records / data.
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
• IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
• Organized, meticulous and proactive.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
