Job Description
Looking for suitable candidates to provide management of the benefits function the administration of the Authority's HR Benefits and Welfare programs and policies.

Job Description:
• Ensure corporate passes (e.g. zoo, bird park) are renewed each year, updated to enable electronic applications, generation of entry letters and liaise with vendors, raise PR/Po and payments matter.
• Manage the Leave Administration including but not limited to administration of leave records for exception situations, manual quota creation for certain leave types (e.g. shared parental, maternity, adoption), etc.,
• Manage the administrative aspects of insurance renewals, including but not limited to raising PR/PO and invoicing procedures, renewal, manage staff enrolments and issuance of Letters of Guarantee (LOG).
• Manage the operational aspects of the outpatient medical program including but not limited to the updating of panel clinic information into sharepoint, liaise with panel clinics for exceptional enrolment matters (day-to-day enrolment is automated), contact point for clinic for ad-hoc matters
• Management of Long Service Awards, monitoring award timelines, notifying payroll for disbursements and sending contratulatory letters.
• Manage the staff welfare processes such as for baby gifts and marriages, sending congratulatory emails/reminder to update new dependants info, etc.,
• Reward & Recognition Programmes, adminstrative support for processing Peer Bonus payments in accordance to a set of eligibility conditions.
• Arrange and administer monthly wellness program, including liaison with vendor, scheduling and logistic arrangements.
• Manage the operational aspects of employee life cycle updates including but not limited to verification and approval of educational qualification updates, dependant updates, salary changes, etc.,
• Support the HR team in process review, streamlining and implementation of policies and programs by ensuring these are operationalised and smoothly executed.
Job Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline
• 2 to 5 years of experience in HR or related
• Experience in the BPO functions assigned or as a HR Generalist.
• Good knowledge of employment laws
• Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools (Note: Excel skills such as vlookup and pivot tables are important)
• Experience with Workday or other leading HR Systems preferably
