Job Title: Temp Junior Officer, Finance, Accounts Receivable
Job Location: Biopolis
Job Type: Contract - 12 Months
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
• Creation/Modification of SAP Customer Master Records
• Issuance of Invoice and Credit Notes
• Ensure complete documentation for billing
• Follow up with internal/external stakeholders on any billing discrepancies and enquiries
• Preparation of management reports for respective stakeholders
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables with different Research Entities and customers
• Clearing of AR Generic mailbox
• Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
• Diploma with at least 1 to 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a shared services environment
• SAP knowledge preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft office knowledge
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Organized and Meticulous
• Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines.
