It is a Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s office. They are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.
- Provide service and administrative support for LEARN
- Manage customer-facing communication channels such as emails and phones on queries relating to LEARN and work with corporate units to provide appropriate and timely response and follow ups
- Ensure timely logging of issues to central system
- Compile statistics and conduct data analysis for business performance tracking and decision-making
- Experience in customer service
- Strong English writing and comprehension skills
- Good time management skills and able to multitask
- Able to read spreadsheets and understand basic customer service.
- General Admin
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word)
- Proficiency in Customer Service and familiar with business process
- Must have strong English writing and communication skills
- 08 .30am to 6pm Mon to Thurs
- 8.30am to 5.30pm, Fri
