Job Description
- Ensure proper care of customer vehicles and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Follow safe engineering practices in line with manufacturer or workshop guidelines and protocols.
- Complete a work order for each vehicle and unit service, detailing replaced items, materials used, and relevant instructions and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team leader or supervisors.
- Assist the team leader in minimizing unnecessary consumption and waste of workshop materials and non-billable repairs.
- Maintain and take responsibility for personal and workshop tools.
- Offer technical advice to technicians on complex repair tasks.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and other supervisors to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min Nitec in Automotive Technology / Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- 1-2 years experience in automotive electrical repair (must be able to read electrical diagram and have knowledge on usage of multimeter and insulation meter)
- Class 3 Driving License advantageous
